Role Summary:

Qualifications and Requirements
1. Experience:
• 3-5 years in regulatory compliance, legal, or risk management.
• Experience with more complex responsibilities like policy governance, compliance program management, and audit support.
2. Academic Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (required).
3. Key Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of international regulatory frameworks (anti-bribery, trade sanctions, data privacy, anti-money laundering).
• Knowledge of regulated business practices (e.g., healthcare, banking/payment services) is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Latin American regulatory environment.
4. Technical Skills:
• English C1/C2 level
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for reporting and analysis).
• Experience with compliance and data management platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, SAP).
• Ability to design and maintain dashboards and metrics.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and due diligence tools.
• Experience with automation and workflow improvement (e.g., Power Automate).
