Key Responsibilities

-Lead the strategic sourcing and procurement function, ensuring supplier performance, cost competitiveness, and supply continuity.
-Ensure 100% material availability to support uninterrupted production and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
-Drive inventory optimization and working capital efficiency, improving inventory turns while minimizing excess and obsolete materials.
-Develop and execute cost reduction and total landed cost strategies across materials, logistics, and supplier negotiations.
-Manage and develop a high-performing materials and purchasing team, fostering a culture of accountability and operational discipline.
-Lead supplier portfolio strategy, including risk mitigation, diversification, and long-term strategic partnerships.
-Collaborate with engineering and product teams to simplify BOM structures and drive value engineering initiatives.
-Lead S&OP alignment across Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to improve forecasting accuracy and supply planning.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
-Strong background in strategic sourcing, procurement, and materials management within manufacturing or industrial environments.
-Demonstrated experience driving cost reduction initiatives and leading supplier negotiations.
-Proven ability to manage inventory strategy, planning processes, and supply continuity.
-Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across operations, engineering, and supply chain.
-Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing purchasing and materials teams.
-Data-driven mindset with solid experience in KPIs, supplier performance metrics, and operational improvement.
