Associate Engineer Trainee

As an Associate Engineer Trainee at Chubb, you will be immersed in a dynamic environment where artificial intelligence (AI) and large language models (LLMs) are integral to our technology strategy. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience (recent graduates welcome).
• Basic knowledge or exposure to programming languages and frameworks (e.g., C#, .NET, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python).
• Experience with or knowledge of AI-assisted development tools.
• Basic understanding of how large language models (LLMs) work at a conceptual level: their capabilities and limitations, how context windows and prompting affect output quality, and where human validation is required.
• Ability to write clear, structured prompts that produce useful, targeted outputs — and to iterate on prompts for improved results.
