SalesForce Developer

Description:

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that support business processes across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Client Management. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce applications.


Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Visualforce.

Customize and extend standard and custom Salesforce objects, automation, page layouts, and user experiences.

Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or platform-native tools.

Optimize Salesforce performance, security, and data integrity in compliance with best practices.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and solutions.

Support CI/CD processes, deployments, and environment management across sandbox and production orgs.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, providing ongoing technical support and enhancements.

Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing across the team.


Required Qualifications:

7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and deployment best practices.

Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems.
