Position Overview
Manage profiles across mainstream and exclusive social platforms, optimize their algorithmic visibility, write conversations on behalf of the client, and coordinate in-person meetings. The role requires conversational ghostwriting, metrics analysis, personal assistance, and absolute confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
Profile Management & Optimization
Create and optimize platform-differentiated profiles: copywriting, visual curation, and music selection per each app's technical requirements
Apply algorithmic positioning techniques and execute A/B testing to maximize visibility and engagement
Monitor algorithm changes and new features to continuously adapt strategy
Ghostwriting & Connection Management
Write conversations adapting voice, tone, and humor to the client's personality, progressing toward in-person meetings
Evaluate and classify connections by priority; escalate high-potential prospects with context briefings
Manage multiple concurrent conversations and detect fake profiles, bots, or red flags
Coordination, Logistics & Personal Assistance
Schedule meetings, manage reservations, prepare pre-meeting briefings, and collect post-meeting feedback
Manage the client's social calendar, prevent conflicts, and coordinate across time zones
Coordinate complementary services (styling, grooming, deliveries) and manage premium subscriptions
Handle travel logistics: platform travel modes, profile adjustments by city, and local culture research
Analytics, Reporting & Confidentiality
Track KPIs per platform and client: engagement, response, conversion, and satisfaction rates
Generate weekly reports with trends, cross-platform benchmarking, and recommendations
Execute structured onboarding: discovery interview, voice & tone guide, and platform configuration
Operate under confidentiality protocols with NDA and secure credential management
Qualifications
Required
2+ years of experience in related roles: social media management, copywriting, personal branding, lifestyle coaching, or executive digital assistance
Proficiency across mainstream (Bumble, Hinge, Tinder, OkCupid, Coffee Meets Bagel) and exclusive platforms (Raya, The League, Inner Circle, Luxy), including algorithms and engagement mechanics
Advanced conversational ghostwriting with ability to adapt voice and tone to multiple personalities
Emotional intelligence to interpret social cues in text and make real-time decisions
Metrics analysis, KPI tracking, and report generation
Multi-client management with exceptional organizational skills
Advanced English, written and spoken, for managing profiles and communication with international clients
Preferred
Background in Psychology, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related fields
Experience in personal concierge, lifestyle management, or client experience roles
Knowledge in digital photography and visual content curation
Proficiency with CRM, Notion, Trello, Google Sheets, or similar tools
