We are seeking a bilingual Real Estate Administrative Assistant with C1 English, a neutral accent, and strong organizational skills to support property management, client communication, and administrative tasks in a U.S. environment (with a focus on Property Management).
Responsibilities
Manage and organize property documentation, lease agreements, and tenant files.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and property inspections with vendors.
Proactive communication with tenants and property owners regarding real estate management issues.
Assist in preparing property listings and basic marketing materials.
Manage scheduling for showings, appointments, and lease deadlines.
Requirements
Degree or certification in Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
C1 English (spoken and written) with a neutral accent and impeccable writing skills.
Proven experience in property management or real estate administration.
Proficiency with Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 and property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Propertyware).
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
Nice to have
Prior experience with U.S. real estate market regulations or clients.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and real estate marketing tools.
Basic knowledge of property accounting processes (income/expenses).
