Legal Intake Specialist

We are seeking a bilingual Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our firm. This role is essential in screening potential cases and delivering a professional, empathetic client experience from the initial interaction.
Key Responsibilities
-Conduct initial client interviews to assess the viability of legal claims.
-Accurately document case details and client information in the CRM.
-Guide qualified leads through the intake process and schedule attorney consultations.
-Manage high-volume inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat in English and Spanish.
Requirements
-C1 English proficiency (mandatory).
-Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
-Strong active listening skills, professional empathy, and excellent organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
-Prior experience in a law firm or real estate environment.
-Familiarity with legal terminology or property transaction processes.
