Our goal is to deliver personalized service to homeownership for each customer. With extensive knowledge of the industry and a common sense approach, we successfully close homeownership loans.

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Credit Back Officer. The Credit Back Officer will be responsible for day-to-day loan processing and underwriting tasks in the mortgage industry. Duties include reviewing and verifying loan applications, gathering required financial information analysis, analyzing financial information, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and financial services, be bilingual in English and Spanish, have strong Excel skills, and be a team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Provide assistance and counseling on credit products to new and existing customers.
Conduct a thorough analysis of the customer's financial condition.
Evaluate the income level and payment capacity of customers who apply for credit and determine if they have assets and financial obligations.
Identify risk factors.
Review the customer's source of income.
Collect information and process each file until the process is complete.
Contact other financial institutions to verify the applicant's credit history.
Communicate with customers throughout the credit process.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in customer service and financial services.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) with B2 or better proficiency.
Advanced Excel skills.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
